Frequently Asked Questions
Member Quick Code (MQC) is our newest tool to invite members (family and friends) to your vacation. Our goal with the member quick code is to make adding your members and online information such as vehicles and waivers as easy as possible so you can use our self-check in Kiosk.
You must have an online reservation account to access the Member Quick Code. Once signed in go to Members and you will see a message that says, "If you would like to invite members to join this vacation via text message, tell them to text (provided code) to 573-279-3701." Click the copy button then paste the message and text it to your family and friends.
Joined
When your family and friends receive the member quick code, they will be asked to click a link that redirects them to a page to fill in information about themselves including phone number, email, name and address. Once they do this they will automatically be joined to your vacation as a member. With you in mind we took out the hassle of collecting emails and trying to get your members added.
Vehicle Information
Now that your members are added they can easily and conveniently enter their personal vehicle and passenger information. This step must be complete for you to use our self-check in kiosk upon arrival.
Waivers
Once joined the members can electronically sign their waivers with ease. All members of your vacation must have a waiver signed on file to participate in any and all activities at Huzzah Valley Resort. This step must be complete for you to use our self-check in kiosk upon arrival.
Payment
Don’t worry about collecting money! You can easily assign them a balance due and in return they can now make their payment towards the vacation once joined.
Q: About Creating Vacations with the Online Reservation System
A: Welcome to our Online reservation system. We've created the reservation system to allow you to easily take control of your vacation. Our online system will allow you to schedule all of your activities: float trips, lodging, camp sites, etc.
Bringing a group along? Avoid the frustration of constant emails, phone calls, collecting money, getting details by adding your family and friends to your vacation. This will allow them to see details of the vacation, as well as pay for their own portion of the trip.
The system is designed so you can keep track of your vacations, quickly search for available lodging dates, invite your friends and families, and add your vehicles. All of this information makes our check in process at the resort quick and easy.

How Do I Reserve Multiple Campsites?
You must add a new activity for each campsite you wish to reserve. To do this, while viewing your Vacation summary, select the Add Activity button and then chose Camp. If you are unsure which campsite your friends and family will be staying, be sure the total number of people for all combined campsites is accurate to avoid additional fees when you check in at the resort.

Q: How Do I Add a Member / Members to a Vacation?
A: Members can be added one of two ways, manually or by importing them. Both options can be accessed by selecting the Members tab while viewing a Vacation.
Add New Member
This method will allow you to manually input a member's information. Enter the required fields: First Name, Last Name, and Age Category. If you know their Email Address please enter this as well (each member must have a unique email address). This will be required to send them invitations to the Vacation. Finally choose if they are responsible for themselves or if another member will be responsible for them (for example a child and a parent).
Import Member
This method will allow you to search for members from your Family and Friend Members list, anyone who has been a member on a previous Vacation or Joined Vacation of yours. Choose your Search Type and if you know the person you want to search for type in their First and Last Name. However, to import several members at one time, leave the First and Last Name fields empty and select Search. This will return all members of the search type. You can select the check box next to the name of each member you wish to add. Select Import Selected Members.
Now they are added to your Vacation. To send them an invitation select the check box next to their name and select the Send Emails button. Now they have been invited to see the details of the Vacation as well as make payments (you may have to contact the resort to enable member pay).
